If you’re involved in horses and looking for an event on horseback that will challenge you as well as help you bond more with your horse then this weekend’s long distance horse riding event is for you.
This Sunday May 23 Inistioge will play host to the horse riding event.
The course will be based in the forestry around the Woodstock gardens and up into Mt Alto. The tracks will be mostly forestry with some road work included. The course will be clearly marked and there will be maps available for all taking part. The long distance horse riding event may be enjoyed alone or in the company of others and because there is no jumping involved it is suitable for the novice as well as the more experienced rider. If you have any interest in attending this event contact Andrea or Peter O'Carroll on 0873152087 or log on to the website www.enduranceridingireland.com for more details.
